Wright-Bellanca WB-2

The Wright-Bellanca WB-2 named Columbia Miss Columbia and later Maple Leaf was the second in a series of aircraft designed by Giuseppe Mario Bellanca initially for Wright Aeronautical then later Columbia Aircraft Corp.

Paris was a Super Prototype called the Wright-Bellanca WB-2, which had been commissioned by the Wright Aeronautical Company to show off the capabilities of its Whirlwind 1
The resulting machine, the Wright-Bellanca WB-2, is considered to be a benchmark airplane of American aviation.2
