Meridionali Ro.63

The Meridionali Ro.63 liaison-observation plane was an Italian high-wing monoplane artillery spotter and liaison aircraft inspired by the Fieseler Fi 156 Storch. Developed by the Meridionali Aircraft Company in January 1943 for service in World War II during the Italian African campaign in 1943. Some examples served in Tunisia and South Italian fighting in reduced numbers. The production plans was stopped when Italian Armistice signed.
