IMAM Ro.37

The Meridionali Ro.37 Lince was a two-seat Italian reconnaissance biplane a product of the Industrie Meccaniche Aeronautiche Meridionali (IMAM) company. It followed the Ro.1 as the main reconnaissance aircraft for the Italian army.

of two Meridionali IMAM Ro.37s (which was an Italian jackof-all-trades biplane from the 1930s) have been found on an aeronautical scrap yard on the outskirts of the Afghan capital, Kabul.11
On 17 March 1936 Caproni CA 133 of 44° Gruppo BT and IMAM Ro 37 of 103a Squadriglia RS (this latter unit commanded by future fighter ace Capitano Eugenio Leotta) strafed two Ethiopian planes on the area 12
The IMAM Ro.37bis claimed by Wickham probably belonged to 64o or 73o Gruppi Osservazione Aerea.13
