The Gaz'aile II is a French diesel powered two-seat light monoplane designed by Serge Pennec for amateur construction. In effect this airplane is equipped with a diesel PSA Peugeot Citroën 1.4 liter engine that can be found on the Peugeot 106. Its inventor Serge Pennec was already making a diesel automobile motor airworthy in 1998 with the Dieselis (Opel Corsa engine) and then a more advanced version with the Gaz'aile I (Opel Astra engine).
