According to factory specifications, the EAA biplane has a stall speed in excess of 45 kts. Thus, it is not eligible to be operated by sport pilots.3

This would appear to be an EAA Biplane of late 1950's vintage that was originally developed from the Gere Sport design of the 1930's and precursor of the later EAA Acrosport.10
