The Hindustan Aeronautics HA-31 Basant is a 1970s Indian agricultural monoplane built by Hindustan Aeronautics. Hindustan Aeronautics started to design an agricultural aircraft in 1968 designated the HAL-31 Mk 1 with a cockpit directly over the wing leading edge. It was re-designed as the HA-31 Mk II Basant and first flew on the 30 March 1972.

HUL-26 Pushpak and the HAL Basant which are inside the Hall 2. Hall 1 is a circular building with seven galleries chronicling HAL through the years.1
